and the Get Down
Formed in 2025, The Get Down is the new side/solo project of musician Gavin Key. After years cutting his teeth in other bands, Key formed this group as an excuse to play all his favorite tunes he’d never gotten to perform live. From Clapton to Springsteen to Garcia to Bowie, Gavin Key and the Get Down bring an electrifying performance that blends R&B, funk, blues, rock, and jam.

Christian has played with several local groups, and also teaches music at Granite Valley Prep School. He is also a 2026 recipient of the Ewing Arts Award!

Julia Baer is a skilled guitarist and singer known for her work in the rock group Splatter, the Sonntag Jazz Collective, and as a solo artist. Julia is also a talented graphic designer!
